Resistant History

Resistant History is a website that acted as a gathering place for local documentary film and video work. To collect the films featured on the site, Horsmon worked with local documentary producers and students. Resistant History, generously funded by the Rocket Grant Program began with the tenet that 'all politics is local' and aimed to reframe political reform as a local activity by collecting stories of progressive change in the Kansas City area and making them available via the web to educators, citizens and artists.
